Craig has proven market capability within the industry and has had a fast track career in the sector. He started his career with a BA (Hons) in Economics as a graduate trainee with Wincanton.

At the age of 24, Craig was turning round multi-site chemical tanker operations and doubling their profitability in 18 month, rewarded in 1996 when he won the Motor Transport Award for “Best Industry Newcomer”.

In 2001, at the age of 31, Craig started Key3 Partners with the vision of creating a vibrant team of experts to drive efficiency and profitability in the logistics market. Key3 has worked with many of the UK’s most respected companies including Tesco.com, Next, GIST, DHL as well as the Department for Transport.

In 2007 Craig led the co-owners of Key3 in the multi million pound acquisition of an ailing transport business, AE Costin, which has been taken from loss to profit after a series of rapid changes, further demonstrating Craig’s confidence in the team to deliver real profit improvement in the sector.
